To fold the backrest

Before folding down a seatback :

Lower the headrest fully.
During folding, left and right seat belts must be positioned and seat belts should be buckled to the cushion buckles in order to protect seat belt jamming between seat back and latch.
Hold straps B and C and pull them together to unlatch the seatback.
Hold the seatback and pull down towards A,

Refitting the seatback

Lower the headrest fully.
During unfolding left and right seat belts must be positioned and seat belts should be buckled to the cushion buckles in order to protect seat belt jamming between seat back and latch.
Push the seatback toward D and ensure both latches locked properly

Allow the seatback turn on its axis naturally without forcing it, guiding it as it lowers onto the seat base.

When moving the rear bench seat, ensure that nothing obstructs the anchorage points (part of the body, a pet, gravel, cloth, toys, etc.).

Check that the rear seat belts are positioned and operating correctly each time the rear bench seat is moved.

For safety reasons, carry out any adjustments when the vehicle is not being driven.

When refitting the seatback, make sure it is correctly locked in place.

If seat covers are fitted, make sure these do not prevent the seatback latch from locking in.

Make sure that the seat belts are positioned correctly.

Reposition the headrests.
