Choice and fitting of towing equipment

Maximum weight of towing equipment:

• Towbar (cross member and hitch) not originally fitted to the vehicle: the entire towbar and mountings must not exceed 23 kg.

Any towing device must not obstruct any lighting component or the number plate when not in use.

In all cases, you must comply with the regulations of the particular country you are in.

• The maximum speed must be limited to 62 mph (100 km/h) and the tyre pressure increased by 0.2 bar Weights (in kg).
