The "12 V" battery 1 is located at the rear of the vehicle Hybrid: it supplies the power required to unlock/lock the vehicle and to operate the equipment.

You should not open it or add any fluid.

The "12 V" battery charge level 1 may decrease, especially if you use your vehicle:

  • when the outside temperature drops;
  • after extended use of power-consuming functions while the ignition is switched off;
  • after a prolonged period of parking.

For your own safety and to ensure the proper operation of the vehicle's electrical equipment (lights, windscreen wipers, ABS, etc.), any operation on the "12 V" battery (removal, disconnection, etc.) must be performed by a qualified specialist.

You must respect the replacement intervals (without exceeding them) as stated in the maintenance document.

The battery is a specific type. Please ensure it is replaced with the same type.
